The Flax Museum takes you on an exciting journey of discovery ans shows you all the different aspects of flax production. 26 different tableaux and screens bring all these processes to life. In the second part you can admire the fine handiwork of the Flesmish women.

The different types of lace, their evolution and the many local variants ars all covered in-depth. 13 moving tableaux, animated with real-life portraits, show how lace and decorative linen was used in daily life.
