Activities

Aside from the presentation of the permanent collection, the Broelmuseum regularly organises activities throughout the year, bringing the museum experience to visitors in various different ways.

Exhibitions

Various aspects of the museum collection are highlighted through different temporary exhibitions.

Contemporary works by artists who find themselves inspired by pieces in the museum collection often form the starting point for a variety of exhibitions. Travelling exhibitions, set up in collaboration with a variety of partners, are regularly hosted at the museum.

Events

The museum often sets up activities that are linked to a temporary exhibition, a project in the city, or a collaboration between the three Kortrijk museums ...etc. These include, among others, a fun discovery rally, an extra on MuSeum Sunday, a free guided promenade, Nuits des Musées....

Workshops

The Broelmuseum regularly organises workshops for a specific audience in collaboration with the municipal boards, external partners, and artists.
